Ans: This is because we plan and process orders way in advance to ensure we deliver the on or before DIWALI.

Q. No Fixed Time Guarantee for Diwali Day Orders?
Ans: While we put in best of our efforts to ensure delivery of your orders as soon as possible, due to huge rush during Diwali we do not offer any fixed time guarantee. Orders are processed on first-come-first-serve basis, delivery areas and other local conditions.

Q. Delivery Status may arrive a little later?
Ans: Due to huge Rush in Diwali, the delivery status confirmation by email and SMS may arrive little later. Our team works very hard to let you know that your order is delivered - soonest we can! Please be patient, all confirmed orders will be delivered on scheduled date.

Q. Gifts Products are shipped ?
Ans: All products from Gift Category is shipped using FedEx, Blue Dart or DTDC. It may arrive within 3-4 working days. While other products from Flowers, Cake or Soft Toys category (where hand delivery available) will arrive on your selected date of delivery.
