DELIVERY POLICY

Same day delivery is available in most areas of Metro City on orders placed by 4PM (Indian Time) All Days in a week (earlier times may apply to some areas). Sunday deliveries are available in some areas for orders placed by 2PM (Indian Time). There are no deliveries on legal holidays. Every effort will be made to deliver your order on the date you specify upon check-out.

Orders received after 4:00 pm in the recipient's time zone may be delivered the next working delivery day.

Hand Delivered Floral Gifts, Cakes Gifts and Others Gifts
All our products are professionally design and personally deliver your gift to the recipient's door. If hand delivery is not possible we will deliver through Courier.

Delivery Status
Please consider your order delivered on the day you requested if you receive a confirmation. If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail.

Incorrect Address/Re-Delivery
Changes to address information or incorrect addresses after the order has been placed resulting in a re-delivery will be subject to a charge.

When the Recipient Is Not Home
For residential deliveries, if the recipient or any person related to the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call our store and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace.

For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day.

If any order refused to take by the recipient for any reason, EG2i.com is not responsible for those case, but EG2i.com will be inform with the customer.



RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

EG2i.com is committed to our customer's satisfaction with a burning desire for excellence. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and easy return and exchange process. It is most important that you inspect the package at the time of delivery.

It is also our customer's responsibility to check that all items are correct before signing the delivery receipt. If the product is damaged in shipping, you may choose to refuse the delivery. If you choose to refuse the delivery, you must note the damages on the delivery receipt. If only part of an item is damaged, you may accept the order, note the damages, and contact us. We may be able to replace damaged pieces.

If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. Please contact us for further instructions on how to process your return. If there was an error on our part, please call us within 15 days and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you.
